ROYAL SWAZI SUN 4x4 NAWEEK (21-23 Mei 2010)
For those who seek to test drive the latest 4x4's in the terrain which they were built for, Sun International proudly brings you a real "four by four" weekend in Swaziland.
Barloworld are the proud sponsors of the event and they will supply all the vehicles for the weekend by involving their various dealerships.
4x4 guru, Francois Rossouw, puts aside time each year to return to the place that he believes allows the vehicles to perform at their very best. He will set out the route and guide the drive during the weekend through the beautiful Ezulwini Valley.
Guests are invited to arrive on Friday afternoon and relax for the evening while enjoying the comforts that Sun International has to offer. The drive begins early on Saturday morning after a hearty breakfast, when cars will be allocated to our guest drivers. All participants will receive information packs, a map of the route and feedback forms to evaluate the vehicles driven. The drive ends late that afternoon back at the hotel, just in time to get ready for the evening dinner party.
If you've been contemplating the purchase of the latest 4x4's, then this definitely provides you with an ideal opportunity to make a well-calculated decision. And for those that are just big 4x4 fundi's, then this provides the ultimate weekend to enjoy all that our manufacturers have to offer.

How to make your reservation:
Step 1 Phone Sun International Cha Cha +27 11 780 7699 and quote your Group ID (found under "packages" shown above) for the hotel of your choice and provide them with the relevant information.
Step 2 You will be asked to guarantee your reservation with a credit card number. Please note that no money will be deducted off your card it is only used to guarantee the reservation. You would need to settle the account on departure.
Step 3 Cha Cha will provide you with a Reservation Confirmation Number.
* If you do not have a credit card, you will be required to make a cash deposit into our bank account within 10 working days of making the reservation, alternatively your booking will be automatically released.
* Fax your deposit slip to Cha Cha on +27 11 780 7955.
* Please include your reservation number and contact telephone number on the deposit slip.

* Accommodation will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
* Regrettably no Saturday arrivals or departures are accepted.
* The quoted rates do not include any tax or levy which may be introduced in the future.
* On arrival at your hotel, you will be required to provide a credit card guarantee or cash deposit, to cover any extra charges you may incur.
Please note the closing date, 7 May 2010 is the last day on which reservations will be
accepted.
Cancellations:
* Should you fail to supply proof of payment within 10 days of booking date, your booking will be automatically cancelled by our automated reservation system.
* A cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date will entitle you to a full refund of the deposit, by cheque, upon written request faxed to the Advance Deposit Manager on + 27 11 780 7457.
* A cancellation made within 7 days of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Should this be a credit card booking, your credit card will be charged with one nights' accommodation
including the relevant taxes.
* Should a single bank deposit secure multiple reservations, the appropriate deposit will be credited to each reservation concerned.
